LEGO Star Wars UCS Republic Gunship (75309) Early Review

This thing is huge… possibly a bit too huge. Here is the long awaited fan vote UCS set, the LEGO Star Wars Republic Gunship. This is the first prequels UCS set in a VERY long time and should excite many fans.

This set releases August 1st for $349.99 USD, 579.99 AUD, £329, €349.99, 479.99 CAD

LEGO’s statement in regards to the box error: “The dark side blurred our vision and we used the Galactic Empire logo on packaging and instructions for the 75309 LEGO Star Wars UCS Republic Gunship, while of course we should have used the logo of the Galactic Republic. However, the infiltration didn’t affect the actual model- which proudly displays the Galactic Republic[MM(1] logo. We are working to update the packaging and instructions.”
