LEGO Star Wars 75309 UCS REPUBLIC GUNSHIP Review! (2021)

The winner of the LEGO Star Wars UCS Ideas vote is finally here. The Ultimate Collectors Series REPUBLIC GUNSHIP is a beauty. Everything else surrounding the set? Not so much. A palpably disappointing Minifigure selection (missing P2 Commander Cody and/or a Clone Pilot), Imperial logo on the box, designers who don’t care about prequel fans, and more have stained the image of this otherwise spectacular build of the Republic Gunship. In my review of 75309 I explain why it’s worth the full $350, what’s wrong with the set, & my personal slant.
