Why The LEGO Marvel CMF Doesn’t Have Villains | LEGO Theory/Thoughts

There are many notable exclusions from the new LEGO Marvel Studios Minifigure series, with most of those being the villains to the shows. But why is this? Here are some theories to why some of your favourite characters didn’t get made.
