Is this going to be my new favorite LEGO modular? I think it might!

The new LEGO modular building for 2023 has arrived at my door and I am SO EXCITED to bring you along with me in all the fun! The LEGO Modular Jazz Club & Pizzaria (10312) is going to be released on January 1st, 2023 and it is more than I had hoped for. I loved the rumor that it would be a pizza shop, but having a night lounge/magic show is incredible. I hope you all enjoy this set as well!
