Fixing the Modular Building Layout! LEGO City Update

In this super causal LEGO city update I fix the positioning of all the modular buildings. Recently I made a pretty significant change to the LEGO city and I never got the time to properly fix the layout… so modular buildings were all over the place and it didn’t look too hot.
