Continuing the LEGO City & Display Changes

In this LEGO room update, I continue working on some pretty big shelving and city changes. This includes adding sets to the new shelves above the city, fixing some Star Wars displays, sorting and cleaning up, and removing the Eiffel Tower from the city.
