LEGO Toy Shop Modular Building & City Beach Changes

In today’s LEGO city update I modular the Creator 3in1 Toy Shop! The original set is good… but tiny! Now it takes up a half baseplate and has two floors. in addition to upgrading the toy shop, I also make some nice changes to the beach.
