In this LEGO city update we upgrade the two baseplates in front of Town Hall and behind Central Park. Town Hall was raised up four bricks so we decided to build a grand staircase, atop the staircase is a fountain and a couple platers. This space connects to raised sidewalks on either side. This area in the downtown core was lacking… that is no longer the case!
