Adding Elevation to the LEGO City Amusement Park

In this LEGO city update I install a new raised platform in the amusement park. The platform supports the roller coaster, Haunted Mansion, and haunted house. I made it a little bit shorter than the main platform so we can build mountains in behind it. After placing it I build all the necessary MILS plates to cover the new surface. I then decided to work on more MILS plates in the countryside as they needed to be boosted up to 8 bricks tall.
