Good Idea? Custom LEGO Modular Building for City Park! Art Museum!

In this update I build some giant MILS plates for 2 parks in the LEGO City. While constructing the plates I starting thinking about what to put in the large park, and I came up with the idea of building a custom art museum modular building. Soon after I became very distracted by building the facade for said building!
