Why The LEGO Star Wars BLACK VIP CARD Sucked!

In 2017 LEGO Star Wars introduced the Black VIP Card for anyone that purchased the 75192 UCS Millennium Falcon between release and the end of the year. It promised a year full of exclusive rewards and benefits. Most Black Card holders felt like LEGO failed to meet expectations but we never got any official word on what happened. Was it planned to be this bad from the start? Well, recently ACOB interviewed the former director of LEGO VIP Jason Whiting who gave some insight as to why things turned out so poorly.
