LEGO Island Ideas & 20 More Baseplates of Coastline!

Today I finish the base construction of 20 more baseplates of coastline for the LEGO City Island project! To do that I had to notch a corner out of one of the platforms to add an angled section. After, I use a ton of rock panels to create the rugged base construction for the coastline. I like starting with the base construction because it is easy to manipulate helps square up all the land on the on the elevated sections.
In addition to working on the coastline I also discuss different layout options for the island: amusement park, airports, modular buildings, etc.
