Placing the 2022 Modular (Boutique Hotel) In My LEGO City!

I’m so happy to have found a home for the 2022 Modular, Boutique Hotel 10297, in my LEGO City! However, it wasn’t as easy to find a good spot for it as I thought

The 2022 Modular will be released on January 1st, 2022. It has 3066 pieces and will be retailing for $200. I love how unique this modular is, but the interesting angles and the Art Gallery next door made it extremely difficult to find a good home for it. I thought it would be perfect next to the Parisian Restaurant, but that turned out to be the worst possible spot for it.

After a bit of trial and error, I placed the newest corner modular and couldn’t be more happy with it! What do you think of its location?
