The LEGO Friends Canal Houseboat (41702) contains 737 pieces and will be retailing for $80 USD starting on January 1st, 2022. I love the colors in this build, the minidolls are very detailed, and the overall aesthetic of this set is so colorful and fun with lots of playability!
