LEGO City Boardwalk Installed, Farm Moved, & Plans Developed

In this LEGO city update, we alter the beach to accommodate the new boardwalk across the street from Town Hall. The new layout required us to render the raised train track and move the farm as well. In addition to making these changes, I also have come up with a new plan for a large hill in the campground!
