Why LEGO INVESTING Sucks
In this video I go over seven reasons why LEGO investing sucks. Even though LEGO investors have made insane profits from investing in LEGO Star Wars sets such as, the Barc Speeder and Sidecar 75012, LEGO star wars the Ghost 75053, and Star Wars LEGO Cloud City 10123. However, investing in LEGO in 2023 is different. Since supply of LEGO sets have increased. So if you invest in LEGO Star wars sets such as the LEGO Republic Fighter Tank 75342, Mos Eisley Cantina 75290, the UCS Republic Gunship 75309, The Justifier 75323, UCS Millennium Falcon 75192, and the 501st battle pack 75345, you probably won’t make as much money. Another reason why investing in lego star wars sets and in other lego themes has become harder to make money. Is because of how many people are now investing in LEGO. Meaning a lot of lego investors are holding 100’s of unopened sets for reselling. So when that LEGO set retires. Many of a particular set, such as the the Armored assault Tank 75283, flood the aftermarket.

Another risk of investing in lego. Is that LEGO can release exclusive minfigures in other sets. LEGO released LEGO Star Wars minfigures in other sets like, Bo-Katan, the 212th Clone Trooper, and Cara Dune. Also, LEGO can release remakes of the same set shortly after the original set retires. An example of this happened is with the LEGO star wars 501st battle pack set 75280. Which was remade only three years later in the 501st battle pack set 75345. LEGO releasing minfigures and producing a lot of set remakes. Can really hurt your lego investments.
This video is NOT Finacial Advice. It is made for entertainment purposes ONLY. So please do NOT take what I say, and make any lego investments base on it. Do your own research and due diligence before investing into any lego star wars set.
After making this video I do NOT think LEGO Investing actually sucks. I just think that you should always do your due diligence before investing in LEGO Star Wars sets. And every dollar you invest in lego you should be fine with loosing. After the lego market can be volatile.
